JOLIET, Ill. -- University of St. Francis senior Hilary Halford (Antioch, Ill./ Carmel) capped off an awards-filled regular season by claiming both Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Year and Runner of the Week accolades. The former honor came on Saturday with the latter being announced Tuesday morning.
